Relax in comfort after a great day out...

We have 5 lovely guest rooms which are all en-suite and have either breathtaking panoramic views over the valley or a pretty woodland outlook over the garden.

All our rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and are decorated to the same standard.

Room 4 - sleeps 2 people

Double en suite room with a spectacular panoramic view over the Conwy Valley and Gwydir Forest.

Room 1 - sleeps 2 people

Double en suite - a little smaller than Room 4 but with the same breathtaking view.

Room 5 - sleeps 4 people

Good size en-suite family room with a double bed and bunk beds. It is located on the ground floor and has the lovely feature of its own private patio through French doors. It has a gorgeous view of the Conwy Valley & Gwydir Forest.

Room 3 - sleeps 2 people

Offering excellent value, our smaller en-suite room has a double bed and a pretty view over the garden and woodlands behind the house.

Room 2 - sleeps 3 people

A versatile en-suite room that has one double bed and one single bed.
This room is split-level and the single bed is separated off slightly down one step through a little archway, so it offers good privacy for a couple with a child or friends sharing a room.
It can sleep up to 3 and can be booked as a triple, twin or double room. It has a pretty view over the garden and woodlands behind the house.
