Here you won't find a pair of fuddy-duddies showing you to a room filled with teddy bears and frumpy lace - perish the thought!
What you will find is excellent 4 Star accommodation in a friendly and informal atmosphere that's a lot more relaxed than your average B&B.
WHAT WE OFFER:
We have 5 en-suite rooms, well-equipped with all that you'd want & need....hopefully we've thought of everything for you, so you can pack light!

We believe in quality and comfort, so all our bedlinen is luxurious Egyptian cotton with a high 350 thread count. Our snuggly quilts and fine pillows are all made from a natural microfibre which is 100% hypoallergenic.
WORTH GETTING OUT OF BED FOR:
Breakfast at Llety Betws is a scrummy treat, with a delicious range of seasonal choices.

Breakfast is served between 07.45am - 10.00am so there is no need to dash down for the usual half hour slot most B&Bs offer.
Self-serve Continental breakfasts can be arranged for early birds up at the crack of dawn...
THE FRESH NEW FACE OF LLETY BETWS:
We hope you'll choose to find out for yourself why we've already reached #2 on TripAdvisor in less than a year (still currently listed under the previous name of Rosehill...we're in the process of updating the name of our listing).
Having recently taken over as the new owners in May 2009, we have spent the Winter refurbishing key areas of the house.
The beautiful original Minton tiles in the hallway have been restored and we have used period Farrow & Ball colours to bring the elegance of the high ceilings and original cornicing back to life.
Reluanched for 2010 under the new name of Llety Betws, it now has the feel of comfortable, uncluttered rustic chic...woven rattan sofas, painted floorboards, natural sisal flooring, the work of local photographer Jaqui Molden on the walls and the glow of candles every evening through the unusual metal lanterns...
NEED TO KNOW:
Check-in: from midday up to 9pm...true to our relaxed approach we're flexible, but it helps for you to let us know your estimated time of arrival.
Check-out: up to 10.30am.
Private parking available for all guests.
Betws-y-Coed is a perfect centre from which to explore all that the Snowdonia National Park, and the whole of North Wales has to offer, with its many castles, gardens, steam railways, and lots of other attractions within an easy drive.
There are numerous wonderful walks right from the door of Llety Betws.
Mount Snowdon is just a 15-20 minute drive from us and it's breathtaking scenery all the way.
